Although all projects are different, they do tend to go through similar phases, as we first identify the client’s needs, then develop appropriate and practical solutions and lastly secure an effective implementation of the changes required.

We listen to our client’s business needs to understand the issues they face or the opportunities they are aiming for.

  • We first agree on the deliverables of the project, time frame and fees structure
  • We rely on our experience and expertise to diagnose areas of improvement
  • We work with our associates for local market insights
  • We build a clear roadmap to capture opportunities fast and ultimately deliver a solid return on investment



We do not focus on theory, but real practical solutions.
We support you from strategy definition all the way to implementation.



Typically a clients' team consists of two to four consultant associates and members from the clients' side. Depending on the project scope GSDA’s local associates will recommend reliable external suppliers to conduct special studies.

Our fees depend on the project complexity, time requirements and size of team. We usually work with a mix of fixed and variable fee based on the results obtained.

Direct distribution is based on negotiated trading terms.
